The above limits are for both USD and AUD currencies. For other currencies, it will be based on the exchange rate with USD.
IMPORTANT: In order to process a withdrawal, you will need to verify your account and sign a digital credit card authorization form via Docusign. To make sure there is no delay in your first withdrawal, please verify your account as soon as possible.
Our payout department's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), with our same-day payment cutoff time being 12:00pm EST.
Your payment is processed 48 hours after submitting a withdrawal request. The cumulative maximum withdrawal amount per week is $2,500, unless otherwise informed by our team. Please contact support to inquire about higher limits.
For credit card depositors, Quick Cash and Crypto methods are not available for their first two withdrawals unless approved by management.
